1. The service

RochakDuniya offers free educational content, quizzes and tests. All features are free at present; if optional paid features (such as a Pro Pass) are introduced, their terms will be added here first. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give correct information. An account is for someone aged 18 or over, or is created by a parent or guardian for their child, who remains responsible for the child's use of it (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not copy the site's content in bulk, scrape it automatically, disrupt the service, try to access other users' data, post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or use the site to cheat in an examination.

4. Content and licences

Unless stated otherwise, the site's text, questions, explainers, designs and share cards belong to RochakDuniya. You may share links and the share cards we provide for personal, non-commercial use. Content taken from Wikipedia is available under CC BY-SA 4.0 and data from Wikidata under CC0, as marked on the pages; images keep their own licences.

5. Accuracy

We work hard to be accurate (see our editorial policy), but content is for learning and general information. Always check official sources — for example the official notification for a job or an exam, or your board's syllabus. See the Disclaimer.

6. Payments

There are no paid services at present, and we never ask for payment details. Before any paid feature is offered, its price, duration, benefits and refund policy will be published here.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
